Hello! My name is Sydney Brandt, I am located in the Sacramento region.

 

I am a current graduate student studying Counseling Psychology and am working as a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee. My passion for mental health comes from lived experience and a passion to help others. Before my journey a a therapist, I attended Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo where I received my Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism. I worked in the news industry for several years, gaining extensive experience in storytelling, news writing, reporting, and videography. I hope to blend my passion for mental health and storytelling to share stories and help those in need.
